If you created a Learning Portuguese account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from this page.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion, contact Learning Portuguese through the contact page and use the subject line Delete my Learning Portuguese account.
For security, please send the request from the same email address used for your Learning Portuguese account. I may ask for extra confirmation before deleting the account.
What may be deleted
- Your Learning Portuguese account profile.
- Your saved practice progress connected to the account.
- Account-related preferences stored by this website.
- Personal information no longer needed to provide the service.
What may be kept
Some information may need to be kept where required by law, for accounting or tax records, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate administrative reasons.
Subscriptions and payments
Deleting your Learning Portuguese account does not automatically cancel payments or subscriptions handled by external providers such as Stripe, Google Play, or other payment platforms. Please cancel active subscriptions through the payment provider or contact me for guidance.
Processing time
Account deletion requests will normally be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. If more information is needed to verify the request, I will reply to the email address used for the request.
