A free account saves supported learning progress and gives access to the free areas shown on the site. Premium benefits and prices are always shown on the Membership page before purchase.

Lessons are interactive European Portuguese activities organised by CEFR level and topic. Exercises can include vocabulary, meaning, writing, matching and listening.

XP is awarded by eligible completed learning activities and missions. A streak grows when you complete at least one qualifying Lesson on consecutive local calendar days. City badges unlock automatically when their XP milestone is reached.

The reset confirmation explains exactly what will be removed. The current reset clears the associated Lesson progress, XP history, streak and unlocked city badges. This action is intended to be permanent, so confirm only if you want to start again.

Signed-in progress is saved to your account when the relevant feature supports sync. Some older or browser-only activity may also use local storage. Make sure you are signed into the same account and allow the page to finish saving before changing devices.

Daily reminders are available in the Android app. You choose whether they are active and the time. Android must grant notification permission, and battery or notification settings can affect delivery. The reminder is scheduled locally on that phone.

Yes. The Android account preferences include a vibration choice for supported taps. Android device settings can also control haptic feedback.

In the Android app, tap the palette icon beside the hamburger menu to cycle through the available themes. The selected theme is remembered on that device.

Membership can unlock the benefits listed on the Membership page. Website subscriptions are generally managed through Stripe; Android subscriptions may use Google Play. Your account shows the provider and membership status available to the site.

Cancel using the provider that processed it: the Stripe management option for a website subscription or Google Play subscriptions for an Android purchase. Deleting your Learning Portuguese account does not automatically stop recurring billing.

Yes. Use the dedicated Delete Account page linked from Account. Cancel any external recurring subscription first. Some limited transaction or security records may still be retained where legally required.
